PG&E EUC Multifamily Pilot Program
Pacific Gas and Electric Company Energy Upgrade California (EUC) Multifamily Pilot Program
The 2013 Pacific Gas and Electric Company's Multifamily Pilot Program ended in 2013. The full Program is expected to launch in 2014 but is pending details from Investor Owned Utilties like PG&E and other stakeholders like the Public Utilities Commission. Build It Green is collecting Interest Forms for the Full program but submission of the form does not guarantee participation in the Program.
The PG&E Energy Upgrade California Multifamily Pilot Program provides incentives for multifamily residential buildings that install a set of energy efficiency measures recommended by an approved Participating Professional (i.e. Rater or Contractor). Participating Professionals will perform a comprehensive whole building diagnostic assessment, work with the building owner to develop a scope-of-work, and assist the property owner and contractor(s) as necessary throughout the installation of the energy efficiency measures.
