Build It Green (BIG) is excited to announce offering Free Thermostats as an additional incentive to contractors and homeowners to take part in PG&E’s AC Quality Care Program. The thermostats can be installed for the customer following the completion of the ACCA 4 Assessment, at least one energy savings measure (Replacement Blower Motor and/or Refrigerant Charge Adjustment) and the 1-year Service Agreement. These thermostats are provided “As-Is” and the contractor must agree to provide PG&E customers with the proper training to use the thermostat and customer support should the thermostat fail to function.
The energy modeling software market is expanding in California and Build It Green will be upgrading the Energy Upgrade California™ Advanced Home Upgrade web portal to accommodate these changes and increase transparency.
