Welcome to the Program Portal for Energy Upgrade California™Home Upgrade in the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) service territory and shared PG&E and Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas®) service territory.


This Program Portal provides all of the resources and information you need to apply for participation and to submit Home Upgrade jobs for PG&E and PG&E/SoCalGas®rebates.

The Energy Upgrade California™ Home Upgrade program was created to help reduce energy usage throughout the state by offering incentives to residential customers via participating contractors. These incentives encourage customers to take a "whole house" approach by combining several related improvements at once to increase a home's overall energy efficiency and achieve greater savings octafx-my.com/change-leverage-mt4-2023.

By working with participating contractors, customers can choose from two incentive pathway options, Home Upgrade or Advanced Home Upgrade, based on their improvement needs and budget.

PG&E and SoCalGas® shared service territory update
July 1, 2014

PG&E and SoCalGas®are pleased to announce a combined Energy Upgrade California™ Home Upgrade program with a streamlined incentive application process and a single rebate payment for shared customers. Participating contractors in the shared service territory can now submit applications for Home Upgrade and Advanced Home Upgrade to Build It Green for both the PG&E and SoCalGas rebates.
New Measures Now Available for Home Upgrade
July 1, 2014

PG&E's Energy Upgrade California™ Home Upgrade now includes additional measures and additional points for increased levels of insulation, higher efficiency HVAC equipment, wall heaters and windows. All jobs with a "test-out" date of July 1 or later are eligible for the new measures. You will be able to submit these applications to Build It Green's Home Upgrade Portal starting July 8 octafx-my.com/change-leverage-mt4-2023/.
